Masterplan for a regenerative community.

Developed the concept for a prototype community focused on production and regeneration, improving the way typical communities are designed and built. Rather than consuming resources, the community and the individual homes are centers of production growing food, generating energy from renewable sources on site, and recycling water and waste.

Sourced and analyzed properties, prepared master plans and prepared pro formas itemizing land, infrastructure and development costs. Prepared investment strategy and pitched to investors.
