One of the the greatest pleasures in our work is carefully exploring a new plot of land to discover the unique opportunities and to determine the potential of a new project on a site. 

Emerge has extensive experience in assessing land, comprehending the totality of a site quickly, and in developing master plans that organize the various components of a project within the site.  We design master plans to provide clients with a rendered visual map of their projects laid out on the land. 

The master plan is a key tool for a new development allowing us to design infrastructure systems and determine costs. It also serves a colorful visual representation of the project for marketing purposes, and may be required by various governmental organizations in order to apply for the development permits.
